Sure to be the most exclusive party in Jersey, Sir Robert Chiltern warmly welcomes you to his intimate gathering at 16 New Street this Easter. Sir Chiltern, a successful political figure of the town, lives an idyllic life of wealth and happiness with his adoring wife and sister, however the evening soon takes a turn for the worse after a visit from an old acquaintance reveals some damning news; threatening to change everything for this family.

An Ideal Husband at 16 New Street is an adaptation of Oscar Wilde's popular comedy drama by professional touring theatre company Butterfly. Set in a beautiful Georgian town house in the heart of St Helier, this immersive theatre performance will transport you back in time, as you witness this beautiful building brought back to life by the characters of this much loved story.

Performances daily 4th - 10th April 20161pm performances are 45 minutes long to fit in to your lunch break perfectly, with 6pm & 8pm performances 75 minutes long which include a pre-show installation in 16 New Street where you can watch the characters in their natural setting, like true voyeurs!

Tickets are priced at £12 for the lunchtime (1pm) performances an £15 for the evening (6pm & 8pm) performances. 

*Lunchtime 1pm performances on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday only. 6pm & 8pm performances daily.
