Aileen Gonsalves is an director, actor, writer and leader with 30 years experience in theatre, TV, film, radio and education for The Royal Shakespeare Company, RADA, BBC and Arts Ed. She is a Bloomsbury published author and teaches the Gonsalves Method to creatives and leaders globally.
